The Lotus Family Restaurant Holding Sdn. Bhd. is a large Food Service Company incorporated in 1988 that specializes in providing high quality food via company outlets.

Today, we are an established organization with still in the process of expanding our business. Cleanliness has always been our main priority and our motto is to serve good food in a clean environment in the most sufficient manner. Besides managing 14 outlets, our Management Team has also got experience in the industrial sector catering for 8000 people a day.

From the year 1993 to 2000, we were the Industrial Caterers for Sony TV, Sony Video Ryoka (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Bandar Baru Bangi. We have won numerous awards from local authorities for cleanliness. As many of our cherished customers quote, “It’s the Lotus Experience, Not Just The Food.”

We are also caterers for Big Government functions and have catered for more than 6000 people during the UMNO General Assembly. We are proud to say that we have the capability and capacity in organizing functions for Government, Ministries, Banking Institutions, The Diplomatic Community, Multi National and Local Companies and other corporations.

We are involved in the distribution of PEPSI Products in Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan areas. We have a centralized purchasing and distribution division in Wisma Lotus. This division undertakes the task of distributing all required goods, provision, vegetables and frozen food to all of our outlets.

Our warehouse/logistics department is situated in Wisma Lotus, our premise is made up of over 25,000 sq. feet comprising of a warehouse and cold storage space, a well maintained fleet of lorries, vans, cars, and a fully computerized administrative system. We have an experienced team of logistics staff capable of handling distribution of all sorts and we have the capacity to take on new logistic jobs.
